Position description 

We are seeking two interns to join our team for a remote internship, offering experience in M&A advisory. Interns will report directly to the Managing Director based in London and to other senior advisors based all around the world, contributing to both live transactions and business development initiatives.

This is an unpaid opportunity designed for individuals looking to develop their experience in deal origination and execution by gaining hands-on exposure. As part of our team, you will experience firsthand our distinctive approach and the positive impact we have on the business world, deal after deal.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth research on industries, markets, and companies.

  • Participate in meetings and compile structured summaries.

  • Draft briefing notes, reports, and presentations.

  • Develop full operating financial models.

  • Perform financial and valuation analyses.

 Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent research skills with the ability to extract relevant insights from various sources.

  • Clear and structured communication, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for professional document preparation.

  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to analyse financial statements.

  • Competency in building operating financial models and performing valuation analyses in Microsoft Excel.

  • Resourcefulness and adaptability in solving complex challenges.

  • Dedication to high-quality work and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. Candidates from other fields with strong financial and analytical skills will be considered.

  • Fluency in English and French (native or bilingual proficiency required).

  • Remote position – open to candidates based in the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia.
